How long does installation take?
Most residential rooms take 1–2 days. Whole-home projects typically run 3–5 days depending on square footage and flooring type. We provide a detailed schedule before work begins.
Do I need to move my furniture?
Yes — the installation area must be clear before crews arrive. We can coordinate furniture moving services for an additional fee.
What subfloor conditions are required?
Subfloors must be flat (within 3/16" over 10 ft), structurally sound, dry, and clean. We assess and address any issues during the site visit.
Is the installation warranty separate from the product warranty?
Yes. ZT provides a separate 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations, independent of the product manufacturer warranty.
